General Information

Venue address The Balcony Level, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Park Sydney NSW 2000. Please refer to the Getting There webpage for information on travel options.
Airport transfers Please access the Getting There webpage to see transfer information.
Dress Dress throughout the Conference is neat casual.
Privacy On Q Conference Support will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
Delegate List A delegate list will be supplied to Conference attendees including sponsors. The list will exclude those delegates specifically requesting exclusion in the Conference Registration Form (when available).
Photocopying at the Conference Please ensure you bring a sufficient number of any handouts for your session. AVPC cannot be responsible for costs in relation to production of your handouts. If you require items to be photocopied at the Conference, this will be at your own cost and may be done through the venue.
Smoking The Conference and social functions are non-smoking.
Name Badges Name badges will be issued when registering at the Conference. For security purposes the Conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference.
Baby Sitting Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange babysitting services if necessary.
Parking Drive down Market Street towards Darling Harbour, turn left into Sussex Street and park at one of the parking stations just after you turn. Chose between the Darling Park Parking station (beneath the IBM building) on your right or Wilson parking directly opposite, on your left.
Accommodation Accounts All accommodation accounts must be settled on check-out. Neither AVPC nor On Q Conference Support will be responsible for accommodation accounts not pre-arranged.
Messages A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.
Weather During September, temperatures range from 27.0 degrees maximum to 9.7degrees minimum. Please ensure you have warm clothes for evening functions.
Special Requirements Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the Conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
Insurance Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. AVPC and On Q Conference Support do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.

Registration Desk The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the Conference Centre and will be open each day of the event from 0730hrs.
